Introduction

On Nov 16, 1860 a small group of Indians who left India, (Madras) for South Africa, marking the beginning of

a long and painful beginning in the history of the Indian Diaspora in South Africa, marking years

of indecent labourers, import spice merchants and many other ‘odd jobs,’

as we grew to a population of over 2 million people in South Africa, 

currently (2022).

It’s only recently that the Indian Origin community has gradually begun

 to embrace her history,

commentating memories of Mahatma Gandhi, Ahmed Timol, Ahmed Kathrada

 and recently the likes of Shameel Joosub and Zunaid Moti.

 

The history of Indian people in South Africa is incomplete without Mahatma Ghandi,

 one of the forefathers in the struggle for human rights globally.  

Footprints of The Indian Diaspora, in SA, aims to h I g h l I g h t the struggles,

 challenges, growth and successes

of the Indian Diaspora in South Africa, in the fields of business, politics, 

entertainment and history of Indians in South Africa, since arrival.

 


Our current documentary Footprints of The Indian Diaspora in SA, aims to produce

 a world-class documentary of Indians in South Africa, encapsulating our  

‘thoughts and taught’ s,’ about our past, present and future of Indians in South Africa,

 and our global footprint on the global stage.

Through these communications it is hoped that there will emerge a better 

understanding amongst people of similar and diverse origins a sense of culture, 

religion, language and thinking to a better future MESSAGE

 to the Indian Diaspora of South Africa...

Through visiting, interviewing and meeting people from a vast culture of Indians 

in South Africa from the humble communities of Laudium, Lenasia, Robertsham, 

Roshnee, through to Verlum, Overport,  Rylands and Rustenburg our once in a 

lifetime documentary Footprints of The Indian Diaspora, in SA, aims at empowering,

 enlightening, intriguing and inspiring the future Indians of South Africa to achieve

 great success in their fields,- business, politics, entertainment and history

 performing to the global footprint of achieving great success in their fields.

 Our videos apart from being sold directly to the public through wholesale and retail outlets 

will also be aired eventually to television studios, film production companies, social media

 pages and through the sale of DVD aims to provide a ‘legendary message,’

 to the future brethren of our beautiful country, South Africa.

 

 The purpose of featuring in Footprints of The Indian Diaspora, in SA is to

 encapsulate a message to the future of our Indians, when we are no longer around, 

a message of success, past memories, and future thoughts to better equip our 

youth for the future of our country.

 

The basic story of Footprints of The Indian Diaspora in South Africa

reflects the challenges as Indians living during the Apartheid era, the knowledge 

of our forefathers and perhaps reflections from our current ‘top performers,’ 

on their idea’s, suggestions and thoughts towards the Indian Diaspora of SA. In total,

 we have allocated a maximum of 120 minutes of the documentary for interviews, 

landscapes, advertising and current news of Southern Africa…

 


 

The Plot, The Script, The Story…

 

Footprints of the Indian Diaspora, in SA, is a historical story of Indians in South

Africa from the early days of the 1860’s to current times, Covid times, and times 

where we all have to give our message to the most amount of people, before we leave this Earth.

The plot revolves around you, and the story that you tell the audience. 

You are allocated a maximum of three minutes edited time to tell your story 

of your beginnings in South Africa, from a local Indian community and your 

experiences and interests about how our country is led, your advice to the future

 brethren, and your knowledge to grow South Africa, as a whole.

 

You can perhaps be the Shar Rukh Khan or Preity Zinta of our documentary 

Footprints of the Indian Diaspora, of SA, if you untimely have the 

‘good looks and personality,’ to make our documentary 

both inspiring and empowering 

to over two million people. where we plan to reach through this documentary.

Your video that Footprints in the Indian Diapsora of SA, is exclusive to you,

based on the questions you tell us to ask you, and you are awarded this time of the 

documentary with the best of digital technologies, applications and much more.

garden hotel, your office premises, or perhaps the backdrop of the city, it’s all your choice.

 

The Omar Abdulla Group has long been in the film industry from creating hundreds

 of social media posts through to film productions “Footprints in Laudium,’ 

and the romantic comedy “The PrinCe of her Dreams,’ we have all the unique

We all like to tell stories, whether it be about our past experiences or our

‘thoughts and taught’s ,’ for the future, we all want to send a message,

Whist the majority of the 120-minute documentary will focus on the 

stories and tales

of individuals, communities, and companies that have added value to 

South Africa,

the focus will be on the message from you, for the three minutes you are allocated

to spread your message to Indians of our country, our main aim will be to inspire

others to follow in your footprints and take the risk of achieving great success

and knowledge for the years you have spent in South Africa.

 Our basic questionnaire, to you will include questions on your success,

 advice to future

 South Africans, and your struggles and challenges as a human being living in the

 community you come from, notwithstanding mentions of people who have added

 value to you as a person, including brilliant photographic images, landscape videos, 

and locations that add value to our movie.

The s t o r y of Footprints of The Indian Diaspora, in SA will include the struggles

and challenges of Indians in South Africa, the success stories, and will include 

beautiful locations, landscapes and occasional comedy and dance, to keep the

attention of the audience entertained.

 

Our heritage as Indians has been long and hard, and yet through these challenges

and shortcomings we have grown ‘beyond our imagination,’ in the success we have 

brought to South Africa, and internationally.

 

Footprints of The Indian Diaspora in SA, is planned for release in April 2022, 

and will include forty paid for interviews including interviews and advertisements,

 with the remainder of forty minutes to include

‘tranquil and sensual,’ beauty of South Africa, as voiceovers or layouts, 

showcasing the majestic and mystical nature of South Africa…

Some of the biggest celebrities and most powerful businessmen will feature

 in this documentary as to add value to the film and increase distribution

 through social media presence.

HOW TO FEATURE WITH OUR DOCUMENTARY

Like all forms of media and communication the goal is to form a ‘lasting memory,’ 

in the eyes and ears of our audience of more than two million. This documentary

Footprints of The Indian Diaspora in SA, aims to tell your story, capture 

the best memories of your footprints in your community, and advice for the future, 

where to invest, where to live, where to learn and ultimately where to grow.


 

The Omar Abdulla Group has various packages on offer to feature with our 

upcoming documentary, Footprints of The Indian Diaspora in SA, by featuring as a

 ‘living legend,’ shareholder and investor or by advertising your

 business and interests.

Thus far, our networks including various radio channels, social media pages, 

television networks, and sales outlets can achieve a total distribution of 

approximal five million viewership over the next year, and two million viewership within

 six months. Our agreement to our shareholders or advertisers is a one-year contract 

of service to include half-yearly advertising, and yearly advertising, depending on

 the format of adverting chosen, either social media or documentary, or for the more 

‘mundane,’ entertainer featuring in our documentary,

Investments

·         The Omar Abdulla Group owners of various websites, advertising portals, social 

media pages, rights to several media newspapers and film distribution companies currently

 owns 1000 shares at a par value of R7000 offered to the public, with a maximum of 400 

shares on offer.

·         The company plans to produce two films in 2022, including 

Footprints of The Indian Diaspora in SA, and Magical Memories, a classical love story film.

·         The Omar Abdulla Group also owns shares into Instagram SA, Tik Tok SA, 

Google SA and Facebook SA, a majority shareholder of the company that assists

 the company on marketing and advertising distribution, research and news, with a 

tal distribution of 100 000 viewership, monthly.

·         In any event within the expiry date of one year, the investor chooses to 

sh up his/her shares, the sole director, Mr. Omar Abdulla, chooses the right 

and obligation to cash up at an agreed value no less than 25% of the current value.

·       If shares do appreciate, which they normally do, our goal within the year of 2022,

 is to achieve a minimum goal of $4 million dollar values for the company, 

withe a current value of one million dollars, as per $1000 dollars per share value,

 of which 1000 shares have been allocated.

·         Each employee that directors of the company employ are allocated with a minimum salary of $500 dollars R7500-00 (ZAR) or (2) sold advertisements or share agreements.

·         If an investor chooses to buy the rights of the film, including Footprints of The Indian Diaspora in SA, or Magical Memories for 2022, the sole price of the film, is offered at

$500 000 dollars, for a full documentary with profits, each.

·         Since this is an advertising and marketing business, companies including social media pages, radio stations and television studios will find it in their interest to talk about the Indo Asians of South Africa or swap agreements into our film, that could equate to greater marketing potential for the business.

 


 

·      The company holds the right and not obligation to invest into other companies, that the company can profit from, including shares in other companies, assets or liabilities, and or employment as it seems so.

·         The main aim of the company is to produce profits for our investors, thus investors can choose a once off return of 12 percent per year on their minimum investment, or according to market returns which could show a loss to the investor of up to 20% of their initial investment.

·         Within the next five years, The Omar Abdulla Group plans to build and create their own website portals, buy local films for resell on larger markets, and follow blueprint companies including Universal Studios, Disney, Century Fox, Netflix, and who knows the next biggest blue-chip company.

·         Whilst this prospectus is by private invitation only, investors who refer people who should be advertising or investing with us, their broker fee, will include up to 30% the fee, invested or advertised.

·         The minimum investment is for a period of one year, with a maximum of 400 shares, offered privately at $400 000 dollars, whereby these shares could easily double as per annexure below.

·         The company and her shareholders hold the sole right to buy into other companies with associated networks, through the sale of shares or cash investments.

Deductions

·         Thus, we can deduce that the Gross net Profit estimated for the year 2022, can be approximal at R2528 000-00 million rand, split between 1000 shares.

·         Each shareholder who purchased a share at par value of R7000 per share, will now show a return of R2528 per share of R7000-00, thus equating a return on investment of 43% on their initial investment. What may come, should an investor have bought 100 shares at R7000-00 at the beginning of the transaction? This would equate to R252 800-00 in just profits.

·         As a film and production company, all profits that the company generates is ‘TAX FREE,’ as government makes subsidies and provisions for investment into the film and production industry.

·         Advertisers who are not shareholders of the company are hereby offered advertising into the feature documentary, Footprints of The Indian Diaspora of South Africa, hereby at a minimum of R6000-00 for two minutes or R8000-00 for three minutes in our feature, this includes edited time. Advertising is once off, and no monies are payable. All advertisers have a minimum of 60% of the value of the advert to pay upfront and the balance can be paid once the feature is produced.

·         This prospectus is only open to potential clients of the film Footprints of The Indian Diaspora in South Africa and excludes other movies we are currently producing.

·         Each advertiser or shareholder that the company signs, will agree to a minimum purchase of 100 copies of our feature documentary, Footprints of The Indian Diaspora in South Africa, at a minimum price of R50-00, but not exceeding R70-00, once the film is produced in April 2022.

·         Our goal with this feature film, Footprints of The Indian Diaspora in South Africa, is to reach a minimum of two million people, locally and internationally, but could exceed beyond five million viewership should pending distributors depend to buy our production for television and film.

·         Shareholders who become part of The Omar Abdulla Group, has awesome benefits including withdrawal of their funds, after six months, access to thousands of networks the company owns, and can provide us with new clients, where they are eligible for a 40% commission on all business brought in.

·         Should a dispute arise between the directors, shareholders or any other staff arise, the sole director Mr. Omar Abdulla has the option to buy his shares back, terminate contracts, and make decisions as to a WIN/WIN situation.

·         All Shareholders will be issued a share certificate and proof of shares after a minimum period of three months.

·         The future goal of The Omar Abdulla Group for 2022 will be to grow networks and databases to above 5 million viewership, show a net return on shares above 40%, employment of a bigger and stronger team, and convert our (PTY) LTD company into a LTD company, with a release of one million shares, at par value.

A p a r t   from   the many benefits of featuring into a production that is said to make South Africa excited, many of our local Durban shareholders, who’s forefathers ploughed the sugar cane fields of Durban, are already writing stories for the future that we should produce formats through DVD, television, film and social media. Footprints of The Indian Diaspora, in South Africa, aims to highlight the 161 years of Indians living in South Africa, from the 1st ship that sailed to Port Durban. All these props and highlights will be screened in our documentary, with stories from our advertisers and shareholders, who ultimately make the documentary.
